A310 Freighter Conversion.

Why is the paint removed from the Lower deck frames.If its for reinforcement purposes.Why not higher too.

All the structural frames above the cargo deck do not need re-enforcing, as they will not be "load bearing" The floor has been replaced or reinforced, thus the structural frams below the deck needed to be strenghtinged.

Don't think so, because it's done on every converted Airbus here.
