Most 2-class UA
Boeing 763s and 777s fly between Hawaii and continental US, and if you check your www.united.com,
if there is a business class cabin on sale, that means it is a three-class/International Boeing 763s and 777s operated flight, and there are PTVs. They usually fly between hubs as to position a/c for various international transpacific and transatlantic operation -- LAX
If Boeing 767s and 777s show only F and Y class for sale... that means it is a domestic 2-class configuration, and no PTVs in F and Y. Only mainscreen... Hawaii flights mostly get the domestic configured a/c, but sometimes there are a/c changes... of course... my friend flew on an international 777 from SFO
last Christmas and he was also op-up to "J" as he was using the standard Y award.
