I can remember seeing this bird myself @ Amsterdam Schiphol a few times.

Anyone has more info about this airline? When did they stop operating, which routes did they fly. Did they operate more aircraft types than just the 747 and the A310?

The airline was formed by former Nationair employees. It was based in Montreal-Mirabel. It was operating A310 and 747.

I don't remember why they closed. I can't recall of any bancruptcy so may be they simply closed the books. May be someone else knows more.

It ceased operations in 1996.

They were to have operated a BFS-YVR summer charter service in 1995 or 6. The tour operator could not fill the flight and it was cancelled. I remember this as I had two old dears who were booked to go. When the service was cancelled they would not go via YYZ they said that they would never get to see there sister again. There sister was living in YVR and my pax would not go and change at LHR or YYZ.
