DC9-50 Off The Runway After Landing. VH (YV-10C)

Hey all,

Yesterday (August 11st),an Aeropostal DC9-51 covering a domestic Venezuelan route (CCS-PZO) PZO= Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar State, failed to brake and ended up in the mud at the end of the runway. Anyone has more details?

Well, it's a -50 ... the only DC9's that NW has let go are -10s ...

But I'd bet they'd be willing to buy it ...

Doesnt mean that they didnt sell a few, since yes they have got rid of a few since they got them  Wink

YV-10C leased from Celsius Amtec Corp. It joins Aeropostal fleet on August 2001. Cn 47713/820 on 1976.
It comes from Meridiana (I-SMEA) and first from Alisarda
