So, I have said on here before that I like BMI baby. They are a good no frills airline. Nice service, good fares and as far as my experiance goes always on time or ahead of plan!
However, there is one small spanner in the works. While they are the airline with the baby fares. They are the airline with the pensioner aircraft!
At some point they will need to upgrade. FR have almost wiped their 737-200A's now (7 left i think), and easyJet is well on its way to a 737-700/A319 fleet. While WW seems happy with its old 737-300's and -500's. Where do they go from here?
In my opinion, i'd like to see them have a fleet of 737-600's. but i know there are too many operational costs linked which would make the 737-700 the choice, or would they be best to go for airbus, so they have fleet communality with BMI?
