Tue Aug 23, 2005 1:57 pm

Today was the first day the traveling public could use the 20 million dollar concourse C&D connector.

This looks like a great addition to PDX. This will be an improvement over the shuttle service previously offered, and the security lines at PDX are ridiculous so this is much needed.

One question though: I know PDX used to have a view of the tarmac from the food court in the main terminal. Will this block that view now?

It's about damn time!!

This will ease travelers connecting from AS/QX to CO, NW, and AA. And visa-versa. This will make PDX a much easier airport to navigate!

They didn't board up the windows for the food court and the other two restaurants. You just have to look through two sets of windows now.

We get tons of QX transfers off our flights. This will help them get from the E concourse to A & B quicker.

It was merely a simple bridge w/o any extras.
