Hi there again, here are the news for a expansion in Ramos Arizpe :

Jet Center is already building an aircraft paint facilitie on Plan de Guadalupe airport with an investment of $11million USD, this project will consist in 2 stages where 2 hangars in an extension of 10,000m2

Aviacsa is about to get flights to SLW and make a maintenance base for their aircraft, maybe because of the lease contract with OMA of their base in MTY will expire soon.

Also Bombardier is planing to built plant in SLW, but it competes against QRO, CUU and maybe MTY, but the goverment of Coahuila is in talks with bombardier to give them the facilites for the investment in Ramos Arizpe.

Speaking of Coahuila, they have almost ready the construction of the Cd. Acuña Airport, at the north of Coahuila.

Also you can check at www.apm-group.com.mx for more info.

These are good news as seems that the aviation in the north of Mexico is going to expand, and not only MTY is playing.

Life is what happens when you have other plans.....
