WN: Airports With At Least 50 Flts Per Day?

Fri Sep 02, 2005 9:15 pm

Of the airports served by WN, which have an average of at least 50 flights per day? I would ideally like a list, perhaps in decending order. I realise that, amongst others, LAX, SAN, OAK, LAS, PHX, ABQ (I believe it has something like 52, or at least did have), DAL, HOU, BNA, MCO, BWI and MCI fit the bill, but I don't know how many each has, although LAS certainly has over 150.

I would suggest writing WN and asking for their schedule to figure this out.

I would think that maybe even LBB might have 50 flights a day. They have flights going to DAL, ELP, HOU, ABQ, LAS.............

Roughly, taken from last 24hr period of arrivals:

PHX 202
LAS 201
MDW 186
BWI 165
HOU 134
OAK 133
LAX 120
DAL 112
SAN 87
BNA 86
MCO 79
SMF 79
SJC 72
TPA 63
MCI 61
ONT 57
STL 56
ABQ 56
BUR 53

LBB only had 13!

Data from actual arrivals, so may not match exact schedules...also over last 24hrs not a calendar day.

LBB has 13 daily flights - 8 to DAL, 2 to AUS, 1 each to ELP, ABQ and LAS.

Yeah their scheduling dept would be the best source as some flights may not fly all days of the week. Also the number of flights Bond007 showed will be substancially different today than last week as MSY iflights are going to be missing from the HOU and DAL count primarily.

The only major difference is that MSY is included in the list of over 50 flights. apart from that the list of airports is about the same.

Check the schedules, but that all depends on which day you look at also of course.

I don't have the exact figures for each of these cities, but I can tell you your numbers are slightly off. I'll try to get a list.

I am afraid MSY's 57 are history for quite a while. Poor New Orleans.
