Starting November 5, the Saturday flight will be upgraded from a 777-200ER to a 777-300ER. This upgrade was announced about a month ago.
Starting January 10, the Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday flights will be upgraded from 777-200ERs to 777-300ERs. This upgrade was just announced recently.
777-200ERs will then only be flown to Beirut on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
This means Air France will fly 3x weekly 777-200ERs and 4x weekly 777-300ERs on the Paris - Beirut route.
AF 566 departs Paris Charles de Gaulle Int'l at 8:35AM arriving in Beirut Rafic Hariri Int'l at 1:45PM. AF 565 departs Beirut Rafic Hariri Int'l at 3:45PM arriving in Paris Charles de Gaulle at 7:30PM.
Air France also code-shares on MEA's daily A321-200 and daily A330-200 flights providing nearly 700 seats per day on the route. MEA plans to acquire a 4th A330-200 in the near future to allow them to replace the A321 flight with an A330-200 for a total of 2 daily A330-200 flights.
