I always thought that it maybe interesting for AF-KL to start operations
Why because BRU airport is still very far from full capacity.
It's right in the middle of CDG and AMS and they could have almost total
market share in this whole area.
It not only concerns Belgians, but also a large population of Dutch and French
people who live closer to BRU then AMS and CDG, and maybe even Germans who live closer to BRU than FRA. They might find it more convenient to use
Possibly high yield with all the European institutions and and NATO HQ.
Apart from some North-American cities, virtually no longhaul destinations from
this airport, so there should be some markets to open up.
I'm am absolutely no expert in this, that's why I would like to hear your
opinions about this.
I am probably overlooking lots of reasons why this wouldn't be a success.
