has two flights to HNL
, not one. The B744s and B742s are not to say "mixed" with one flight, but are dedicated to their own flight. For example, NW10/NW9 (the first NW
flight to arrive from NRT
, and leaves HNL
about an hour later) is only operated by the B744. NW22/NW21 which arrives HNL
just after NW22 and leaves around 15:00 LT
, is only operated by the B742.
So the NW
B742s do indeed come in daily to HNL
, along with the B744; they are both used on different flights.
also flies their B742s to GUM, from NRT
. One of their B742s recently had a nose gear collapse on the runway at GUM, although I'm not too sure about situation of the aircraft right now. It was one of their planes wearing the new NW
livery, and it really didn't look that good flat on its nose, tail up high.
I've seen more than two NW
B742s at NRT
, obviosuly besides the Hawaii and Guam flights, they must come from the U.S. mainland.
Hope that helps!
So it looks like NRT-LAX and NRT-SPN. Forgot about that one.
