MEA B707 On A.net Ad?

Sat Sep 17, 2005 1:36 am

One of A.net's ads shows an old MEA B707 parked at a gate. from the logo on the air bridge, you can tell that the picture is taken at Copenhagen airport. This picture must have been taken before 1997.

MEA switched to an all Airbus operator in 97. CPH was also dropped from the route network.

Nice ad anyways... go MEA  Smile

Wow! Nice catch! Indeed, that does look like an MEA 707.

That's indeed a MEA B707-300, in an intermediate livery adopted at the very end of the 80s/early 90s.
The red cheatline was lowered and "New Q" written on the fuselage
