WOW nice! thankyou for sharing! looks beautiful!
edit:
well it shows how beautiful the A346 is compared to the A380 or how ugly the A380 is compared to the A346.
And even though I know the A380 is bigger than the A380, the A346 looks just as big as the A380

Since starting test flights earlier this year, the A380 has flown over 300 hours, occasionally touching speeds close to the sound barrier, or Mach 0.95, when thrown into a test dive. MTOW V1 full braking tests are underway.

It is over the Pyrenees, not the Alps. It is dated June 1st apparently.

Just great ! For me, those shots with the A346 in the foreground resemble a whale (A346) floating through oceanic waters with its cub (A380) close by (yeah I know that it should be the other way round, but the A346 is bigger in these pics).
also, in comparison the A380 appears to be much smaller than the A346, but thats only due to the 380´s bigger (and higher) fuselage which gives it a more compact appearance ...

You know, the more I see the A380, the more I think it will look much better if stretched.

Well, there was obviously a chase plane of some sort, so the thing to keep in mind was that there were three aircraft involved here.

Those are truly nice photos.

Actually the best aesthetic feature of the 380 is that it makes the other Airbus family members look better when it is present in the same photo. Kind of like when women bring along their not-so-attractive friends to make themselves look better.

The 346 looks graceful in that photo.

looks like the chase plane was an a319/a320 based on that wing in picture #2
and if you look closely in pic #2 you see a small chase plane in the top of the picture, so 4 aircraft were involved in this photo shooting?

Nah. These are all from different photo shoots. That one was a formation with an A318, and someone took it.

You can see the chace plane in the distance even of that shot.

It is the A318. IIRC, they took these shots when coming back from (or going to) LBG for the Air Show.

Here is another one taken from the inside of the A318 cockpit:

These were PRIVATE pictures taken over the Pyrenees by the A318 pilot prior to Le Bourget Airshow.

I remember he was quite disappointed to see these pics already available on the net only a few hours after he actually landed!!!!

Truthfully, nobody has the right to distribute them...but what can he do?

I'm glad someone else thinks so. It's funny, I think the 318 looks extremely cute, but the 380, well, ahhh. I think it's the mid-height cockpit, for starters.
A good landing is one you can walk away from. A great landing is if the aircraft can be flown again.

TCAS works on closure rate as well as distance so they could well have had it turned on, or set to Traffic Advisory only mode rather than Resolution Advisory.

I must admit the A346 looks incredibly gracious when flying with the A380.
I suspect when the strech 380 comes along that will look a lot better. It's a bit short and fat at the moment.

Wow...Not that I am really an airbus fan, I have to admit that I love that A346. The 340's in my opinion are the nicest looking planes out there.

The A340 does look very nice. The A380 is just plain ugly right now. I dont like how the nose is shaped, otherwise it is an awesome plane.

It is unfortunate that the photo is controversial re its origins. I see it as a missed opportunity if the two were actually flying together. Greatest impact would have been to have the 380 in the foreground to exaggerate its already impressive size.

I second that. It also gives the A380 a big forehead which doesn't look good, but I understand that it is more aerodynamic to make it look the way it does. Just does not look nice.
