N905TA - In Service?

Sun Sep 25, 2005 7:22 pm

I've only see pictures of this aircraft stored (not yet in service) at/from Miami.

N905TA is a Mc Donnell Douglas MD-83 (MSN: 49905 LN:1767, former Finnair OH-LMD).

Does Aeropostal not yet operate the route from CCS to MIA with this aircraft.

This aircraft is leased to VH. Some sources say that it is leased from Falcon Air Express and other sources say it is leased from Transmeridian Airlines - that is correct?

I saw it at MIA [think arriving from CCS] on Sep. 6th., waiting for my Martinair flight back to SJO [at dusk].

Are there news about this aircraft? If the MD-83 is/was leased from Transmeridian, this aircraft must be grounded.

Is she in service?

N905TA operates the daily CCS-MIA service (high season twice daily) and it is operated by Falcon Air Express.
