Near Miss As LAS Last Thursday, HP And AC 100FT

Thu Sep 29, 2005 12:18 pm

Say what you will about drudge, but on http://www.drudgereport.com, he indicates there will be an article in a paper tomorrow (what he means by developing) saying that an America West jet taking off came within 100 ft. of an Air Canada jet last Thursday. Sounds like a serious incident, anyone know anything?

Not a good thing. Glad the HP pilot got into the air or we would have had a mini Tenerife. Yikes!

My glass is neither 1/2 empty nor 1/2 full, rather, the glass itself is twice as big as it should be.
