What Virgin needs in India is a total makeover and a promise of consistency, and more importantly an attitude change. I have a colleague whose VS
flight was cancelled because of low loads into and from Delhi a few months ago, and the after-cancellation service he got can be quoted here, if required, as an example in how an airline can start quoting fine print even if it goes againt the EU regulations.
