New H Pier @ Schiphol. How Many People At One Time

Sat Oct 01, 2005 2:48 am

Hello all,

For a competition in Holland I need to know how many people at once can use the new H pier when it eventually opens.
Has anybody got any idea? Can't find it anywhere.

Thanks allready

I am doing a thesis on the H pier project at Schiphol, but that is information I don't know if I can disclose (I at least do not want to be quoted). Try to do the math yourself:
The pier will have seven stands without air bridges. The stands are capable of handling 737 / 320 type aircraft, the ones low cost carriers use. Well, you know how and when low cost carriers operate, so it shouldn't be that hard to calculate a theoretical pier capacity.

What kind of competition BTW?
