LAN Dominicana

Hey everyone!!! Can somebody tell me about LAN Dominicana?? Were they a subsidiary of LAN Airlines??? What livery did they fly under?? What routes did they fly SDQ-SCL,SDQ-JFK,PUJ-MIA,PUJ-SCL??? and what aircraft did they fly ( A32X,737-200ADV,76S)??. Any info is appreciated thanks.

They went out a little after Aeromar I think. I also think they went down because AA wanted to protect "their" route which they basically have a monopoly on. They flew 767-300's I'm pretty sure.

They are still there. They are still being set up as far as I know. They didn't take off yet. I have nue clue what they want to fly once they are ready.
But I know the Dominican Republic is very difficult for foreign airlines.
Aeropostal has a lot of problems afer puchasing the name Dominicana. Thes never took off as well....

What has AA to do with Latam airlines wanting to start in D.R..
D.R. is CAT II at with this registration LAN and Dominicana couldn't fly to the US anyway.

They flew one route, MIA-SDQ, for a very short time. They still exist, but don't operate any flights.
