Hello Fellow A. Netters:
I collect vintage airline mementos as well as airline glassware. I recently acquired a glass that I believe is airline-issued, but I need some help establishing which airline's logo it is. The glass stands about 4 inches tall and appears to be a wine or champagne glass with a Euro-design to it. It has a round base and the glass curves up from the base, so it lacks a stem. The etching in the glass resembles a seahorse, but not like the traditional Air France seahorse logo. It has a clearly identifiable mane and a tail that points upward, resembling a racoon's tail. There are ten small stars that hover above and around the creature. I have never seen this logo and was hoping that one my very astute fellow A. Netters could assist me in identifying the origins of this unique glass. Thank you.
