Did You Hear The One About The Two Irishmen?

Couldn't resist the temptation to use that heading.

The attached article is about the the new BA business plan and how the new Irish chief intends to improve profits and beat Ryanair.

As a matter of interest and never had any personal experience of BA, how do they rank as an airline? Going back to the 1960's they seemed to always buy the wrong equipment and have poor customer service.

They still seem to have a lot of heavily unionised staff, so how can they compete against the cut price carriers?
