Question Regarding Colombian Aviation

Fri Oct 07, 2005 8:58 am

Hey all,

I was wondering how Aires is doing with their new routes from BAQ, CTG, CUC to MAR ? Especially in the CUC-MAR flight which faces competition from San Antonio del Tachira right on the other side of border, which provides a domestic flight with less hassles. I would love to know how are they doing on the route!

Actually, to cross the border in a cab is already a hassle when you can go to CUC and take the plane with no big displacement. Plus Cucuta is a bigger city, with 800.000 inhabitants, so the O/D is big.
