As well as G-KKUH, Air2000 has had flown on their behalf a number of other 737s - these have been British Midland aircraft chartered (afaik never leased). Both 737-300 & 400 series aircraft have been used.
Perhaps the most interesting of these operations was the 737-3Q8 (24963/G-OBMP) flown by British Midland from LHR
during the summer of 1992.
IIRC, this was the first aircraft based at LHR
to operate IT
flights for many years.
Operating to the usual summer sun destinations, a couple of 'W' pattern flights were also operated during the week - I flew on one of these on a FAO
The service was very much British Midland - although there was an AMM flight number and a couple of Air2000 menu cards everything else was BM
AFAIK there were no Air2000 markings anywhere on the aircraft, inside or out.

I don't like signatures...
