May 05 19954. USAir 757 N614AU from LAX-PHL.
Went with a friend of mine. F/A's asked us why we were going to PHL, and when we told them that we were going mainly to take pix of the USAir fleet that doesn't come out West, out came the "red carpet" treatment.
Best service, flight, and shortest 5 hours I ever had.
Kudos to USAir.

I wonder if they would still give that kind of service.....?

June 1, 1997. Japan Airlines. B747-400. Narita-HKG

Because they over sold the econ. class, I got a seat in the Exc. class. And then i got a jump seat landing at Rwy13 HKG. Crew was very friendly. Always loved JAL.

Have a nice "Auto-Land!"

My best flight was my most recent flight from LHR-JFK on (what else?) Virgin Atlantic. It was the first flight I've been on with friends of mine, so right there it makes it a good flight. The personal TV's were great- I got lost in "Vegas Slots" for three hours. Even though we had to make a stop in Newark because of fog in JFK, Drinks (like Virgin Cola-   ) were still out and everyone was in the aisles having a good time. It was a good way to end a great trip. (London and Paris)

Another JFK-LHR back in July. It was on an American A300, and it was my first transatlantic. It was a great flight. The PTVs made the experience much better, and I enjoyed the flight map feature. We were served dinner, which was suprisingly very tasty. The flight had a few empty seats, so at about midnight (London Time) I spread across my two seats, and slept until about 7 (London Time). We were just passing the coast of Ireland, (WOW WHAT A SIGHT!!) and we landed at Heathrow about an hour later. The breakfast was decent, and we parked at a remote stand near Terminal 3. It was the greatest flight, even in coach. The plane was quiet, and it was very smooth over the Atlantic. I could have stayed on that plane another 8 hours.

My best flight was on a Northwest DC-10 from Seattle to Osaka. Everything was wonderful, good service, but only one problem, the flight was delayed 6 hours!!!

It would be quite difficult to hit the coast of Ireland and land in London 3 hours later. There is about 1 and a half hours at the max between the West Irish Coastline and London! But anyway, I am glad to hear you enjoyed your trip!

My best flight was a Delta MD-88 from MIA to ATL. It was the 5:30 am flight 1492 that continued to Columbus, OH. There were only about 40-50 pax on board and it was very smooth, which made the flight even more enjoyable. But what I remember the most is flying up the eastern coast of Florida at about 6:15am and watching the sunrise. To see the sun come up over the clouds on the horizon from an airplane is amazing. That was a sight to remember.

I was onboard on Malaysia ailrines last summer from Kuala Lumpur to London. However, I really have an enjoyable flight for 14 hours. Not to mentiona about the PTV in economy class. The food and service was really good. Its beyond my expectation. I have travelled with CI, SQ, GA, AN, CX, LH before, but I foung that CX, MH and SQ is the most satisfying one.

UAL from Portland to Denver Int'l on 737-200

Admittingly, I am more of adventure flying such as riding into thunderstorms or anything that would make passengers nervous....

This flight was fun when 737-200 was approaching toward Denver International, had to make sharp 180 degree turn through against strong crosswind. I was looking thru window facing straight down to ground as plane was trying to hang on with turbulences.

All others my fun flights were wild rides through all types of storms...

Singapore Airlines 285, Singapore-Auckland on a 747-412. Very nice seats, Krisworld entertainment, great meals... plus the gorgeous Singapore Girls. What else can you ask for?

Another one must be AC418, YYZ-YUL "Rapidair" on a 767-200. Chatted with the gate agent about the 767 type (200 or 300) and she took me to the plane half an hour prior to boarding so I could take some pics and also had a chat with the captain!
