Please Help With BA A320 Seating

Thu Oct 20, 2005 3:26 am

Hi fellow nutters

I am flying from Alexandria to Heathrow on a BA A320 next Thursday and would like to request seats in advance. Can anyone tell me which rows have the overwing exits and if these rows have any extra legroom? The flight is via Beirut, and I don't fancy being cramped in for over 7 hours!

Thanks for any help!

Thanks, but already checked seatguru, and it does not have A320 configurations.

Try the seat plans on www.ba.com or your best bet is to check in on line. I think you can do this from 12 hours before departure or if an executive club member 24 hrs. If you're not an exec club member then join up on the ba website.

Also, I should have said I think that route is operated by franchise partner British mediterranean, so their seating may be different. try searching on google to see if they have a separate site.

Hi Chris

Thanks for the info. I did figure out that the flight was operated by BMed, but cant find separate seating plans. Also, online check in does not indicate where the overwing exits are, just where the wing is. I guess the A320 should have atleast two overwing exits. ANy Bmed flyers here?

According to ExpertFlyer, 7 and 8 are the exit rows for a BMed A320. On the flight I looked at (LHR-HBE direct) they were taken. What is your flight number?
