Aviacsa MEX-IAH

Thu Oct 27, 2005 3:08 am

Recently I've noticed that Aviacsa has only been flying MTY-IAH and the MEX-IAH flights have disappeared. Has Aviacsa cut this flight? Anyone know whats going on?

That's weird! I'm sure 6A won't let go rights so easy of it's MEX-IAH authority. Probably Fly727 can help us out with this one!

Due to the skyrocketing fuel prices Aviacsa had to switch some 727 services with the more efficient 737s. In consequence, some assignments of the 737 had to be temporarily cancelled. Once the load factors pick up a little bit in the TIJ routes (normally associated with the 727) Aviacsa will resume all its normal schedules in the affected cities (IAH, MTY, VSA and TGZ basically).

IAH is a great destination for Aviacsa with very reasonable loads, so expect no pull-outs.
