Airlines That Died Since You've Joined A.net

Mon Oct 31, 2005 1:22 pm

Feeling Melancholy tonight... thought I'd compile a list of carriers that gave up the ghost since I've been a member.

Ansett
TWA
Sabena
Swissair
Caledonian
Canada 3000
America West
Canadian

I'm probably missing several others, but that's ok. As long as we're true to the spirit of the thing. Please add.

Were did they go....?? I'm sure the employees working the flights at this very moment would like to know if they still have a job according to you..?

They rebranded as JMC and then Thomas Cook, so they are still around.

Another airline that died since I joined a.net is Laker (Bahamas) Airways.
