Here are the details :
PIA has applied to the CTA for authority to operate a third weekly flight to Toronto without including services at Montreal and to offer up to 1000 seats per week while operating air services between Pakistan and Canada from October 29, 2005 until April 1, 2006.Air Canada indicated its support for approval of the extra-bilateral authority in a letter to the CTA.The CTA has approved the application with the stipulation that no fifth freedom traffic may be carried between points in Europe and Toronto on the third flight. This may lead to PIA operating their first-ever non-stop 777 service to Toronto. However, there are no indications yet as to when PIA will actually introduce this third flight.
