KLM 737 Schedules

Sat Nov 05, 2005 4:58 pm

With most airlines that operate a variety of 737 series, when you book or check timetables, flights will show as operated by 733, 734, 738 etc.

With KLM, the only type shown by most (all) booking sites is the generic .... 737. Is there any way of finding out what series they use on different flights or is this decided nearer the time the flight goes depending upon loads?

Pretty boring topic but your assistance would be appreciated.

At you can see the type on almost every flight. So yes, this info is only available near the departure time... But you can pretty much expect the same equipment type on a flight number every time (there are exceptions of course).

I've recently flown between AMS and BHX and AMS and ZRH several times and I've had both -300s and -400s on each route. With Cityhopper KLM have various options. Since August I've flown between AMS and ZRH on 737-300, 737-400, F.100 and my flight later this month will be on a F.70.

I'm not at all sure you can predict with confidence what you'll get on a route.

Usually, in Corda (KLM's CRS) you can find the exact type. But KLM changes its 737 rotations a lot. Especially in the winter season with delays or change of demmand.
