Varig Liveries...

Wed Nov 09, 2005 2:33 am

One thing I've noticed recently is that Varig seems to have two different sorts of cheatline on its fleet...

I personally prefer the latter, but why does Varig have 2 variations in operation?

Actually the first ones you've posted are the current (new) livery. You may notice that PP-VRB, although it has the special 75 years markings, is still in "old" livery - well they were 75 in 2002!!

Don't know why the VarigLOG keeps the old cheatline!

I like the latter one as well, but it's probably quicker and easier to just make that simple line. It's not like most people really notice it anyways.

But I agree with you, the discontinued one is much nicer.

Cheers

edit: btw, if you look at DL, they have 3 or 4 diferent liveries in operation. I guess they just never got around to changing all of them or just decided to extend the time of the paint job (cost cutting measure).
