A380 In DXB - Info Please

Wed Nov 16, 2005 7:54 pm

The A380 will of course be the star of the Dubai Air Show beginning on Sunday. It will be msn 004 in (full?) EK colors.
However, the timing of the arrival seem unclear, I've heard various reports ranging between Friday afternoon (leaving TLS Friday morning) and Saturday.
Also on Saturday, a fly-by by the Burj-al-Arab is planned (that will be a great motive).

Any reliable info would be very much appreciated by a small group of DXB spotters. Ideally, if the TLS spotters see her departing, a short note/email would be great, then we can estimate the arrival time here.

Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been...

Article on it.

Isn't this aircraft destined for Ethihad, a major EK competitor?
