All you YEG spotters get your cameras out......medical emergencey bringing in a 777 bound EWR-NRT shortly.

Any clue on what kind of medical emergency? Hope it's nothing too serious.

No offense to the ill, but one would hope it is serious to land in a 3rd country on an international flight rather than continue to the destination.

A physician with Medlink would be in communication with the crew, downline medical facilities, and dispatch to coordinate if diversion is appropriate, and where to land.

Looks like its cruising westbound over Saskatchewan at FL220. Maybe to burn off fuel, I don't know.
