Jetstream-31 Crash In Pennysilvania

Mon May 22, 2000 3:29 am

I have just read about it on Yahoo. Which airline was it and are there any survivors?

They are saying it was a Gulfstream BA-31 turboprop with 19 pass and 2 crew. Possibly a charter going to Wilkes Barre from Atlantic City. Last I heard they had not found the wreckage yet.

It was a J31 from Atlantic City - Wilkes-Barre. There were 19 passengers and 2 crew. There were no survivors and I'm afraid to say that one of the passengers was my grandfather. He was the one who started taking me to the airports when I was 3 and now I am 15 . So 12 years of planespotting. This is hitting very hard.

My good friend lost his parents on who were on Pan Am 103 and I had lost an Uncle and Aunt on the Air India Flight when it was blown up by terrorists off the coast of Ireland in the mid 1980s. So I know what your pretty much going through since I and my friend both went through on what your going through. My heart goes out to you and to you family. Your family and friends and some excellent grief conselers will help you through this crises don't lose hope. Hang tight.
