Minimum flying experience of 3000 hours is required, of which 1500 hours must be on A320s, and 300 hours must be PIC on A320s. This should really set the cat among the pigeons - with their planned fleet of a 100 a/c - they probably need around 800-1000 pilots (is that an appropriate ratio?) in the long term. There's no way they can get so many until they create the pool via setting up training centers/tying up with flying schools etc..
