Hi i booked a flight for 2 passengers (myself and a friend) from birmingham to Glasgow.
All was ok from birmingham to glasgow. when we checked in at in Glasgow for the return flight we were given 2 boarding pass with both my name and surname. when i realised that i went back to the check in desk and she apologized she made a mistake she then again issued me 2 further boarding passes 1 with my 1st and surname and the 2nd with my friends 1st name and my surname.
i again asked i was given the wrong boarding passes. the lady at the check in desk then said well on the booking its the correct name but it is priinting out the wrong surname on one of the boarding pass. after talking with her manager. she manage to sort it out. However i was told that there are 2 different bookings for the same flights and name, i just made one booking. BA then mentioned that the www i booked thru (Being lastminute.com) have 2 reservations under my name with 28 minutes difference in the both booking.
i contacted Lastminute.com and they said they can see 2 booking and there is nothing they can do. BA says there is nothing they can do.
What are my options?
Try and do a chargeback on my credit card?
i allready complained to BA and Lastminute.com and they keep saying i made the booking twoce so thats my fault.
