Addis Ababa Airline Schedule & A/C Changes

Mon Dec 05, 2005 8:47 am

It appears that Lufthansa is upping its 3x per week schedule to Addis Ababa from Frankfurt 4x per week, while Ethiopian will maintain 3x per week. Also, LH will operate the A343 instead of the existing A333, and will have traffic rights between Addis Ababa and Khartoum on all 4 flights.

Also, KLM is going to start serving Addis Ababa with an A332 instead of the existing B767. Flights will remain part of the triangle route that includes Khartoum.

interesting, does LH use Khartoum as a stopover or ET acts as a feeder for LH when it comes to Khartoum flights?

I guess LH and ET are code sharing now.

That was more of my hope as well ... ET's summer scheds are still not up, so still somewhat early to see whether both airlines upped their frequencies to 4x or just LH.
