New Destination In France For Ryanair (Marseille)

Starting 24th February 2006,Ryanair will offer 3 flights per week between Glasgow and Marseille
MRS is the fifth biggest airport in France .A new terminal dedicated to low cost airlines will be inaugurated in September 2006.The "Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Marseille-Provence" wants an airline able to carry more than 1,5 millions passengers from this terminal in the next years.Ryanair and Easyjet (MRS is already a destination for EZY) are in competition to win this contract.

An interesting article about the new terminal, it says that EZY may base up to 6 A319s in MRS.

Marseille-Provence Gets Down to Basics

Can we expect more Ryanair flights to MRS, such as MRS-CRL, MRS-STN or MRS-HHN ?
To any North American carrier, send us a regular flight in MRS !!!!!

Will FR still serve Nimes, any chance of FR to BZR?

If U2 increase LGW-MRS to at least twice daily in winter, hence good for the business traveller, will BA pull out of the route?
