Why would AA & DOT need to renew NRT-SJC?
AA is pretty much free to operate anywhere to Japan from any point in the US. Of course, NRT is heavily slot controlled, so subject to availability (which there is almost none).
Anyone know if they improved the immigrations area in SJC? I flew NRT-SJC a couple of years ago and you had to wait in the ramp in order to go to Immigrations (not that I was mad at being at the ramp next to a huge 777, but It was kinda hot and sunny)
