Well it would have to be a 777 or 747. The UA domestic 767 has a capacity of 244, which isn't enough. Also there is a range issue on the domestic 767.
If you have never designed an airplane part before, let the real designers do the work!

Its going to be a 777-(international). The cost is reported to be a minimum of $500,000, which is quite a bit for a commuter school is pay and this is a bowl game that never pays out. UCF v. Nevada that will keep the nation rocking on Christmas Eve.

they must have quite the endowment and athletic boosters to be able to charter a 777 from Orlando to Honolulu for a relatively meaningless bowl game. (no offense to UCF or NV but come on...the hawaii bowl..)..

remember in the TV show Coach when The Minnesota State Screaming Eagles played in the ficticious "Pineapple Bowl" in hawaii...who wants to debate whether they took an NW DC-10 or a 747 classic? haha.

Have you seen the fares these days for HNL. All the cheap seats are sold out. Almost all the seats are sold out! Besides if you look at the airfare over the holidays for the islands its between 1800 and 2000. They are all paying a little more then 1900 each if you take 500k divided by 256. There is no way that they could have enough seats commercially to get there with out a charter.
