LADE's 707 Operations

Thu Dec 29, 2005 2:40 am

I'm wondering if someone in Argentina can help me. I would like to know if LADE's 707 will be in operation the week of March 19 - 25.

I've visited LADE's website, but they are not publishing their itinerary along with the equipment that they are using like they did last year. If anyone in Argentina can help me with this one, you just might be helping out your country's economy by promoting tourism.  Wink

LADE only uses this aircraft when the load factors on any of their many routes are so busy.

As an example, I tried to fly in one of it in the ING to BUE but only got to fly in an F28. After three stops I arrived to AEP.

Every now and then they offer special flights on the 707. They usually publish it on the front page of their website with the fares and destinations

I flew down to EZE to fly this plane in August with no luck. I walked to LADE's headquaters in the city and got the same story as posted above it only flies when demand is high. Though I did try to fly teh F28 or F27 with no luck as well as the flights were all sold out. Still not a waste of a trip to Argentina, Buenos Aires is an amazing city!

Thanks for the replies!

I actually e-mailed LADE today and they replied within several hours. Unfortunately, they say that they will not have the 707 in operation that week!

Oh well...
