Winglets Vs Non And 320 Vs 73G/H

At what point does a winglet-equipped 737-700 or 737-800 outperform, cost-wise, a non-winglet-equipped 737-700 or 737-800? I realise it will probably depend upon the weight of the aircraft at the time and the fuel consumption. Moreoever, how does the 320's 'wee winglets' perform, cost-saving-wise, in relation to the 737-700's or 737-800's winglets?
