Question About NWA Miles

Mon Jan 16, 2006 6:55 am

My dad just booked on NWA, and he booked for my mother, and himself. NWA only gave him miles for 1 person, he booked 2 tickets, for 2 passengers, and only got credit for 1. I can't imagine because this only his name is on the FF list. Can someone explain this to me?

Your mom needs her own FF account. You can't accrue miles for another passenger even if you paid for their ticket.

Westy is correct, but she can still do it I think. Get an acct, then call it in to worldperks the next day, and make sure at the gate you have the agent have it on your ticket stub.
