Is anyone aware of any new data coming out of AirBus on weight and fuel burn issues?
The following quote from what I would consider a very good source , SQ Operations, suggests that there is work to be done to get the numbers where they need to be.

I believe SQ is using 290 Tonnes.( OEW passenger ready) However, what has SQ worried is the fact that right now the fuel figures aren't what they're supposed to be. In addition, the increased weight means less payload (or fuel depending on how you slice it). That's why the original plan to go SIN-HKG-SFO has been replaced with SYD-SIN-LHR.
