Long Range Out Of GVA, Your Wishes?

Fri Jan 20, 2006 7:23 pm

Hi all,

I did a search and couldn't find anything.

As GVA only has a few intercontinental flight (AUH, AMM, BEY, JED, MRU, JFK, EWR, THR) + some in North Africa, I would like to know what flights you'd like to see out of GVA and which ones you think could be profitable.

Thanks

What I hope and that could be profitable :

- Montreal (I flew there 3 times via Zurich LX. There were always many connecting passengers from GVA).

- Pointe à Pitre. Many French speaker tourists fly there.

Then maybe some routes from Asia. Tokyo, Beijing, Dehli? There are every year more and more toursits from India, China and Japan in GVA and western Switzerland.

Monteal is a good choice. That would surely be a viable destination.

Also I would like to see Dakar, a destination which would prove popular with Swiss holidaymakers in Winter, particulalry with the shared language and guaranteed winter sunshine all within 4 hours or so flight time.

Dens,
YUL would be a great choice.

James,
I wish LX would fly again to YYZ from ZRH, from GVA I am not to sure if they
could make enough bling bling

Cheers,
