Well done to SAA. However, is it not time they started to try and compete with the likes of CX
et al, on a global scale. With all respect to Kenya and Ethiopean, being the best in or to Africa is not too difficult, considering the bulk of other African competitors. It is only when SAA starts to get awards that are not region specific, that they can start calling themselves a word-leader in customer service. And as CraigW said, things currently at JIA are not on the up and up. SAA can always do better.
