Does anybody know what hppnd w/ CO 92 on Saturday night that it made a stop in Caracas?

Without getting into too much detail, there was a mx placard limiting the amount of usable fuel that the flight could carry, so the fuel stop was planned.
"Irregardless, it's a Cat III airplane, we don't need an alternate!"
