Good luck to them, seemed a shame to do all the improvements to the terminal then it became a ghost town when EU jet died, pitty..
I will be interesting to see who's operating the flights!
from the Island with sun and great photo's.. Why not visit Lanzarote

Maybe its the old DanAir? Big grin Their positioned 1-11 from LGW for a weekly Manston-Palma service was the only flight from Kent for years.

Any news on the possible re-introduction of domestic flights at Manston? The likes of MAN and EDI should be viable, though a Flybe Q400 might serve these routes better than EU Jet's F100s did.

A BA 737 did call in over the weekend on a training flight - related?

I personally doubt it, but anything is possible!
No trees were harmed by this message. However, several million electrons were terribly inconvenienced

I would not think so, Manston is used very often for "circuit bashing" by various airlines because of its low traffic.
