Question For The Pilots....

Sat Jun 03, 2000 9:53 am

I know that you guys do a vast majority of your downtime training in simulators, but do you ever get to actually fly the airliners by yourselves without pax on board? If you do, can you perform any advanced maneuvers (stunts that would terrify an average pax) such as steep climbouts, sharp banks, dives, evasive moves, etc??? I have always been curious. I would get bored with the same old up and down every single flight!!!

Thanks,

Ben

Yes, but extremely rare at AA.

Yes, but again it is extremely rare at AA.
