Virgin Blue Et Al. Callsigns

Sun Mar 05, 2006 12:41 am

I'm wondering what the callsigns for Virgin Blue and friends (Pacific Blue, Polynesian Blue) are? I was under the impression that all three used "Bluebird." However, one of my friends recently told me that they use "Virgin," which seems a bit unusual, since that's Virgin Atlantic's callsign, and they do both fly to Sydney...

Yup, Virgin and Virgin Blue are 'Virgin' which isn't a problem since Virgin blue don't (to my knowledge) have a flight number 200/201. Pacific Blue are 'Bluebird'
