Did Heavy Winds Cause Havoc At BUR Today?

Thu Mar 09, 2006 2:02 pm

Do to very heavy winds in the Valley today, noticed planes approaching and landing at BUR on the usual path that is used for takeoff, so I can only assume that departures were reversed as well.

When this happens, does it cause delays or limit the range of any aircraft?

Or is this just a normal thing that has no impact?
Of all the things to worry about... the Wookie has no pants.
