what are the 3 letter registration letter thingys of Singapore airlines, cathay pacific, and candian? i am talking about those letter like- AA, AR, CO, BA, ect

Canadien is CP. Before all the airlines grouped together to make Canadien Airlines there was an airline called Canadian Pacific and they had CP so Canadien kept that.

Canadian is part of Air Canada now.

As for you question, did you want the 3-letter ICAO which they use for ATC, or 2-letter IATA codes?

Anyways here they are:

Singapore is SIA and SQ
Cathay Pacific is CPA and CX
Canadian is CDN and CP
